W.M. McGee - President and Chief Executive Officer
President and Chief Executive Officer, Woody M. McGee, joined FleetPride in 2009. Prior to joining FleetPride, McGee was President and CEO of Propex Inc. McGee’s background includes senior management positions at Litton Industries, Western Atlas Inc., H K Systems, Telxon Corporation and several private equity-backed businesses. McGee has served on both private and public boards of directors as a member of the Audit Committee, Chairman of the Audit Committee, member of the Compensation Committee and Chairman of the Board. McGee has a 40-year track record of success in industries such as heavy manufacturing, electronics, telecommunications, industrial automation, light manufacturing, security, wireless mobile computing/software, textile/geosynthetic fibers and retail consumer products.
George C. Argodale - Chief Information Officer
George C. Argodale joined FleetPride in 2010 as Chief Information Officer and brings over 31 years of experience in the information technology and parts distribution industries. Argodale specializes in leading IT professionals and cross functional project teams, developing, implementing and supporting technology programs, and planning and directing activities that provide innovative and cost effective information technology and customer service solutions. Prior to joining FleetPride, Argodale was CIO for Harbor Freight Tools, the largest tool and equipment catalog retailer in the U.S. Prior to that, Argodale held senior IT positions at Tractor Supply Company, Merchant’s, Incorporated, Team Tires Plus, and Western Auto Supply Company. Argodale holds an Executive Fellows MBA from Rockhurst University and achieved the Federal CIO Certificate for coursework completed at the George Mason University Graduate Business School.
David Blitz - Vice President of National Accounts
David Blitz joined FleetPride through the acquisition of Vantage Parts in 1998 and has consistently worked his way through the ranks to his current position as Vice President of National Accounts. During his tenure at FleetPride, Blitz has been named Branch Manager of the Year and then later served as an Area Manager. He assumed responsibility for national accounts in 2001. Previously, Blitz worked in the parts distribution division of his family's business for 25 years. Beginning as an inside salesman in 1972, he ascended to the position of Vice President of the Commercial Trailer Parts/Consolidated Spring division, focusing on national fleet sales. Blitz has over 35 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Northern Illinois University.
Mark Esselman – Vice President of Human Resources
Mark Esselman joined FleetPride in 2008 as Vice President, Human Resources and brings over 29 years of experience. He began his career with Armco/National Supply Company and progressed onto leadership roles at publicly traded companies such as Pepsi-Cola, CompuCom Systems, Inc. and Great Lakes Chemical Corporation. In 1999, Esselman was recruited to Houston to be the SVP, HR for Pennzoil-Quaker State. After PQS was sold to Shell in 2002, Esselman was hired as the VP, Global Human Resources by CapRock Communications. Following the sale of CapRock, he assumed his current position at FleetPride. Esselman received his Bachelors in Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire and his MS (Industrial Relations) from the University of Wisconsin at Madison.
Robert Lindley - Vice President Supply Chain and General Manager PDC
Robert Lindley joined FleetPride in 1998 through the acquisition of SLM Power Group, Inc., which was a predecessor company of FleetPride. Since joining FleetPride, Robert has held the positions of National Sales Manager and General Manager of PDC. Lindley is currently responsible for all Supply Chain functions as well as the sales and profit plan for the OEM and Wholesale division. While part of the SLM Power Group, he served in the areas of warehouse distribution and sales and marketing. Lindley has over 18 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Texas.
John Mosunic - Chief Finance Officer
John Mosunic joined FleetPride in 2009 as Chief Finance Officer and brings nearly 20 years of experience in the wholesale auto parts, semiconductor, accounting, and consulting industries. Immediately before joining FleetPride, Mosunic was Executive Vice President, CFO, and Treasurer for General Parts International, Inc., the second largest wholesale supplier of automotive parts in North America. Prior to that, Mosunic held the position of President and CEO of WORLDPAC, Inc., a foreign auto parts importer and distributor. Mosunic, a CPA, received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Finance from California State University, Sacramento and a Master of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s College.
Pete Painter – Vice President and Regional Manager, Southeast Region
Pete Painter joined FleetPride in 2002 in his current position. He is responsible for the sales, operations and profit plan for the Southeast Region. Prior to FleetPride, Painter held positions in sales and marketing with leading automotive manufacturers, including Wagner Brake & Lighting, Moog Automotive (VP of Marketing and Sales), and Federal-Mogul (VP of Sales). At Wagner Brake & Lighting, Painter held many positions including, Zone Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Director of Brake Marketing. Painter has over 29 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Central Missouri State. In addition, Painter has completed executive education programs sponsored by the National Association of Manufacturers and the University of Michigan Business School.
Mike Paxton – Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning
Mike Paxton joined FleetPride in 2008 as Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Planning. Prior to joining FleetPride, Paxton was one of the five founding members of the publicly traded WCA Waste Corporation. Starting in 1998, Paxton served as Vice President and Corporate Controller for TransAmerican, which was acquired by USA Waste in 1998, which in turn was acquired by Waste Management. As Vice President, Acquisitions, Paxton shepherded the company through its initial public offering in 2004. Paxton has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Lee Stockseth - Chief Operating Officer
Lee Stockseth joined FleetPride in 1998 through the acquisition of SLM Group, which was a predecessor company of FleetPride. Since joining FleetPride, Stockseth has held a variety of positions, most notably Vice President and Regional Manager of both the Central and Western Region and VP of Operations – which included responsibility for IT functions. As COO, Stockseth is responsible for day-to-day regional operations and Supply Chain operations, as well as improving the company’s existing operations from a best practices perspective. He is also active in the company’s acquisition growth strategy. While at SLM Group, he served as Vice President of Operations as well as President of SLM Power Group. Stockseth has over 27 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University.
Anthony (Bill) Vingiano – Vice President and Regional Manager, Northeast Region
Bill Vingiano has been the Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast since 1998. Vingiano has been actively involved in all of the consolidation efforts in all functional areas of FleetPride. Prior to joining FleetPride, he was the VP-CEO of Truckparts Inc., which was a family-owned heavy duty parts distributor in the northeast region of the U.S. Vingiano served in a variety of roles including outside sales, inside sales, branch management, purchasing, and finance. Vingiano has over 34 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. He is also a member of many industry groups in the Northeast, including Motor Transport Association of CT, New England Bus Association, NYC Society of Fleet Supervisors, and others. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Quinnipiac University.
