Todd A. Dunn – Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Dunn originally joined the Company in 1989 and rejoined FleetPride in 2003. Prior to assuming his current role as CEO, Mr. Dunn held the positions of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before rejoining FleetPride, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tartan Textile Services, Inc. Prior to joining Tartan, Mr. Dunn was Chief Financial Officer of Quality Distribution Service Partners, Inc., one of the companies that merged to form FleetPride. Mr. Dunn has more than 12 years of experience in the heavy duty aftermarket and is a 1985 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelors in Business Administration.

Pete Painter – Vice President and Regional Manager, Southeast Region. Mr. Painter joined FleetPride in 2002 in his current position. He is responsible for the sales, operations and profit plan for the Southeast Region. Prior to FleetPride, Mr. Painter held positions in sales and marketing with leading automotive manufacturers, including Wagner Brake & Lighting, Moog Automotive (VP of Marketing and Sales), and Federal-Mogul (VP of Sales). At Wagner Brake & Lighting, Mr. Painter held many positions including Zone Sales Manager, Director of Sales, and Director of Brake Marketing. Mr. Painter has over 26 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. Mr. Painter received his undergraduate degree in Business Management from Central Missouri State. In addition, Mr. Painter has completed executive education programs sponsored by the National Association of Manufacturers and the University of Michigan Business School.

Lee Stockseth – Vice President Operations. Mr. Stockseth joined FleetPride in 1998 through the acquisition of SLM Group, which was a predecessor company of FleetPride. Since joining FleetPride, Mr. Stockseth has held a variety of positions, including Vice President and Regional Manager of the Western Region. Mr. Stockseth is currently responsible for IT and replenishment functions as well as the Southwest Region. While at SLM Group, Mr. Stockseth served as Vice President of Operations as well as President of SLM Power Group. Mr. Stockseth has 24 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. Mr. Stockseth received his BA from Rice University.

Anthony (Bill) Vingiano – Vice President and Regional Manager, Northeast Region. Mr. Vingiano has been the Vice President and General Manager of the Northeast since 1998. Mr. Vingiano has been actively involved in all of the consolidation efforts in all functional areas of FleetPride. Prior to joining FleetPride, he was the VP-CEO of Truckparts Inc., which was a family-owned heavy duty parts distributor in the northeast region of the U.S. Mr. Vingiano served in a variety of roles including outside sales, inside sales, branch management, purchasing, and finance. Mr. Vingiano has 28 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. Mr. Vingiano is also a member of many industry groups in the Northeast including Motor Transport Association of CT, New England Bus Association, NYC Society of Fleet Supervisors, and others. Mr. Vingiano received his BS from Quinnipiac University.

David Blitz – Vice President of National Accounts. Mr. Blitz joined FleetPride through the acquisition of Vantage Parts in 1998. Since joining FleetPride, Mr. Blitz has been named Branch Manager of the Year, and served as an Area Manager. Mr. Blitz assumed responsibility for national accounts in 2001. Previously, Mr. Blitz worked in the parts distribution divisions of his family's business for 25 years. Beginning as an inside salesman in 1972, Mr. Blitz ascended to the position of Vice President of the Commercial Trailer Parts/Consolidated Spring division, focusing on national fleet sales. Mr. Blitz has 31 years of experience in the heavy duty industry. Mr. Blitz received his BA from Northern Illinois University.

Hugh Charvat – Vice President of Supply Chain Management. Mr. Charvat joined FleetPride in 1999 as VP of Supply Chain Management. He is responsible for the oversight of purchasing as well as the entire supply chain. Mr. Charvat has 16 years of experience in the heavy duty and automotive industry. Mr. Charvat sits on the Board of Governors for the Heavy Duty Distributors Association and is a board member for Customer Link Systems. Mr. Charvat received his BA from Eastern Illinois University and also has an Associate Degree in Accounting.
